The confernece has made a special arrangement with two hotels very closed to the conference building. They are NH Mataró  and Ibis Mataró. The prices per night are:

* The price includes: Bed and Breakfast , and 10% IVA

Conference Registration 大会注册

The registration of the joint conference is now open.  You can make your registration and pay the registration fee online:   Please choose the option of ICTCHS2014. There are two joint conferences. We are the ICTCHS2014.

Important Note: you should pay the registration fee immediately after the registration, the latest not exceed the early registration deadline. Without payment, the registration is not processed and the papers will not be published nor enter the selection for the journals.
注意： 您必须在填注册表后立即交费。最 晚不超过注册截止期。 没收到注册费的注册表是无效的。论文不能在大会上发表。也不能进入杂志的参选过程。

请注意，注册的有同时进行的两个会议。中西旅游大会是ICTCHS。请不要在OCITUR处注册。这个会是用西班牙语讲演的。 我们要求大家用英文讲演。以便双方代表都可以听懂。 如果实在有困难，我们 设了一个中文的会场。 需要特别申请才可以参加。
You should choose the right conference ICTCHS conference (not OCITUR) during the registration.  Please note the difference of early registration and the normal registration. Please take the advantage of the reduced rate of the early bird registraiton rate.

The registration fees are as follows

Early Bird Rate	Paper authors before May 20		€ 280
	For all others before May 30
Full and onsite Rate	Paper authors after May 20		€ 320
	For all others after May 30
Student Rate**			€ 180

*The author rate applies to one paper author per submitted paper or industrial presentation.
**The student rate applies to undergraduate and master students only. Student applications must be accompanied by a signed letter from the student’s head of department attesting to student status please send this by email to ict2014@ china-spain.org

The registration fee includes:
•    Access to conference sessions
•    Full conference materials
•    Welcome reception
•    Mid-session refreshments, as scheduled in the conference program
•    Lunches, dinner 
•    Professional visit in area of Barcelona        
         
Student rate does not include conference banquet.
