After you send the registration payment, please send a mail to the above email address. Please put your name in the mail title. Within the mail, please indicate your name, organization, email and job title etc. You may mention if you are an author to present a paper and the paper number. You should attach a copy of your bank transfer page as a picture.

9月3日-5日为国内外学者学术研讨议程，此阶段的参会费用为人民币1600元/人（若在6月30号之前注册并缴费，则参会费用为人民币1280元/ 人）。费用包括大会劳务费、资料费、海河游船、4号及5号两天的茶歇、中餐和晚餐、市内交通费用。
9月5日下午为产业论坛，如只想参加产业论坛部分，此阶段的单独费用为人民币500元/人。 具体缴费信息如下：
