Full English paper submission for proceedings book published by Springer
Abstract paper authors are recommended to submit the full paper to the Easychair system if they have not yet done so.
Notification of acceptance for inclusion in proceedings: Nov. 5, 2019
                  Final full paper submission for publication:  January 15, 2020

Publication of the proceedings: All the accepted full papers in English will be reviewed and selected for publication in our proceedings book which will be published by Springer Nature. The proceedings will be indexed by ISI Web of Knowledge (CPCI-SSH—Conference Proceedings CitationIndex - Social Science & Humanities).
