We welcome original papers that have not been published in other conferences or journals within our conference themes. Here is how to submit:

Abstract submission You are welcome to submit a paper. You can send an abstract up to 2 pages to the Easychair system. The format of the extended abstract can be found here: Abstract format 摘 要格式. The abstract will be reviewed and you will be informed when it is accepted.
All accepted paper abstracts can be presented orally in the conference.

Full paper submission You are welcome to submit a full paper directly without submitting an abstract.. You can send the full paper to the Easychair system. The full paper format can be downloaded here: full paper format 全文格式. The paper will be reviewed and you will be informed when it is accepted.
All accepted papers can be presented orally in the conference. Accepted full papers in English will join the selection to be included into the conference proceedings book published by Springer with ISI Web of Knowledge (CPCI-SSH—Conference Proceedings CitationIndex - Social Science & Humanities).

Language: the working language of the conference is English. However, you can submit papers in English, Spanish and Chinese. If you submit in Spanish and Chinese, you should have English abstract.

Step 1.  Please go to the www.easychair.org to sign up an account. The system will ask you an email address. After signing up, please check your email in that email address and follow the the instruction in the email that the system sent to you.
